Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • have prior experience leading others
  • hold or be willing to obtain required certifications
  • have a minimum of one year of baking experience for bakery managers
  • possess knowledge of meat cuts and meat processing tools for meat managers
  • demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt
  • uphold strong integrity and passion
  • ensure seamless customer shopping experience
  • use time and resources effectively
