Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have prior experience leading others
- hold or be willing to obtain required certifications
- have a minimum of one year of baking experience for bakery managers
- possess knowledge of meat cuts and meat processing tools for meat managers
- demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt
