Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior cleaning, maintenance or kitchen experience preferred
Must have knowledge of proper chemical usage and standard operational procedures
Ability to work as a team player
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs
Must be able to perform continuous physical activities including standing, walking, bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching overhead
Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues
Must be able to work in an area containing secondary smoke
Must be able to tolerate the use of cleaning chemicals
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant internal customer contact

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior cleaning, maintenance or kitchen experience preferred
Knowledge of proper chemical usage and standard operational procedures
Ability to work as a team player
Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Cleaning and filtering of deep fryers
Deep cleaning of all kitchen cooking equipment including grills, ovens and stove tops
Deep clean freezer floors
Deep cleaning of all kitchen and VIP bar floor mats
Cleaning of all floor drains
Sweep, mop and scrub all back of house floors
Polish all stainless steel walls, hoods and equipment
