Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card
  • must complete and pass HACCP training
  • ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • ability to perform simple arithmetic
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment operations
  • ability to plan and organize work
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Set up breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to established policies and procedures
  • assist the line cook with service line setup
  • restock supplies as needed
  • prepare lunch and dinner meals as ordered
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • operate kitchen equipment safely
