- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card
- must complete and pass HACCP training
- ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- ability to perform simple arithmetic
- knowledge of kitchen equipment operations
- ability to plan and organize work

Job Duties
- Set up breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to established policies and procedures
- assist the line cook with service line setup
- restock supplies as needed
- prepare lunch and dinner meals as ordered
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- follow food safety and hygiene standards
- operate kitchen equipment safely
