Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card
- must be able to complete HACCP training
- ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- ability to perform simple arithmetic
- ability to plan and organize work
- knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operation

Job Duties
- Set up breakfast, lunch, and dinner items for residents, guests, and staff
- assist line cook in setting up service line
- restock food items as needed
- prepare lunch and dinner meals as ordered
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
- follow established food service policies and procedures
