- You are over 18 years of age
- you have a reliable mode of transportation
- willing to travel to different locations as needed
- able to work second shift hours
- commitment to food safety and health safety
- capable of working independently and as part of a team
- own footwear compliant with safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- basic math skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- previous baking experience is a plus but not required
- willingness to learn and complete training
- good organizational and time-management skills
Job Duties
- Bake all the fresh bread and pastries your cafe needs each day
- maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients
- perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
- help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- operate baking equipment efficiently and safely
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals
