Job Duties
- Bake all fresh bread and pastries required daily
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100 percent real ingredients
- Perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
- Help build and nurture a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- Ensure adherence to food safety and health safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as required
- Meet production goals with minimal supervision
