Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to work second shift hours including afternoons and evenings
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to baking such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with food safety and health standards
- Availability for part-time or full-time work
- Willingness to travel to different bakery locations as needed

Job Duties
- Bake all the fresh bread and pastries your cafe needs each day
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
- Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- Follow strict food safety and health protocols
- Manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team
- Participate in training programs and apply learned baking techniques
