Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Bake all the fresh bread and pastries needed each day
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100 percent real ingredients
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- Follow food safety and health safety standards
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Meet baking goals with limited supervision
