Job Duties
- Ensure our delicious food is delivered on time and accurate
- Be the face of Panera delivering exceptional customer service to our guests
- Process prepare and deliver orders to the client
- Promptly follow up on all customer calls and requests in an efficient and expedient manner
- Work as part of team with the cafe
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Handle customer issues with poise and resolve them effectively
