Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued from lounge to banquet
- Coach and train food and beverage team to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reports accurately
- Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, inventory, and promotional activities
- Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze operational reports, participate in meetings, and assist in various tasks to support team and business needs
