Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued from lounge to banquet
  • Coach and train food and beverage team to maintain smooth operations
  • Maintain compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reports accurately
  • Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, inventory, and promotional activities
  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze operational reports, participate in meetings, and assist in various tasks to support team and business needs
