Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree
- Food Handlers certification
- Alcohol Awareness certification
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology
- Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with hotel operations and industry trends
- Ability to maintain professional relationships and open communication

Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage prep and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
- Keep every corner spotless, sanitized, and safe while slashing waste and boosting efficiency
- Dream up memorable meals and events, guiding the chef on pricing and setups for banquets
- Lead kitchen staff, manage every outlet, and create show-stopping displays to keep operations running smoothly
- Safeguard sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company with professionalism and integrity
- Handle company business travel safely and responsibly
