The company emphasizes fostering collaborative environments where professionals can thrive and contribute to the evolving landscape of hospitality management. Known for its strategic approach, Aimbridge Hospitality integrates cutting-edge technology and data-driven methodologies to drive success and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Joining Aimbridge Hospitality as the Director of Revenue for Hotels presents a dynamic and impactful opportunity. In this pivotal role, you will lead property teams in uncovering every possible revenue avenue, whether managing full-service resorts, premium select hotels, or independent properties. Your efforts will be essential in steering daily operations, supporting teams on the ground, and implementing short- and long-term revenue strategies through insightful reporting, precise forecasting, and innovative pricing tactics. Responsibilities include leading revenue strategy development, mastering yield management techniques, and optimizing inventory across multiple distribution channels. Your communication skills will ensure effective collaboration, foster team engagement through training sessions, and deliver clear and motivating reports that keep all stakeholders informed and aligned. Continuous improvement and excellence will be the hallmark of your leadership style, as you coach your team to exceed goals, manage budgets meticulously, and play a prominent role in property reviews and industry events.

Ideal candidates will possess at least five years of relevant hotel experience or a related degree coupled with practical exposure to revenue management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and yield management software are essential. Success in this role also hinges on excellent organizational abilities, critical thinking, and a professional, service-oriented mindset that aligns with Aimbridge Hospitality’s high standards.

Aimbridge Hospitality offers a competitive employment package including daily pay options, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a robust 401k retirement plan.
