Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems
- Skilled in analyzing financial data, critical thinking, and adjusting to changing demand and market conditions
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Consistently maintains a professional, service-oriented approach adhering to company standards
Job Qualifications

- Lead revenue strategy development and execution
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize group business and meeting utilization
- Analyze revenue reports and utilize forecasting tools for market insights
- Conduct regular communication through meetings, reports, and training
- Coach and develop revenue teams to improve performance
- Manage budget and financial forecasting
- Represent the property in reviews and industry events
