Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years hotel experience or 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems
- Skilled in financial data analysis and critical thinking
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Professional and service-oriented approach

- Lead revenue strategy initiatives with property teams
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize group business
- Analyze revenue reports and market data to forecast trends
- Conduct training and lead team meetings
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews
- Drive continuous improvement in revenue management processes
- Represent the revenue function on the Executive Committee
