Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years related experience
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems
- skilled in analyzing financial data, critical thinking, and adjusting to changing demand and market conditions
- excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- consistently maintains a professional, service-oriented approach
- adheres to Aimbridge Hospitality standards
