Job Duties
- Greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-first smile
- rock your uniform and name tag with pride, always looking sharp and polished
- swiftly load, unload, and tag bags, escorting guests to their rooms like VIPs
- keep the scoop on all the local hotspots, attractions, and transportation options
- safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy with top-notch responsibility and sound judgment
- maintain vehicles' cleanliness and readiness
- assist at the front desk when needed
