Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- high school diploma or equivalent

- Alcohol Awareness Certification compliant with state regulations

Job Duties
- Lead the charge in setting up, servicing, and breaking down banquet events while ensuring every detail matches the Banquet Event Orders
- uphold top-notch standards in team appearance, service, and safety
- serve as the go-to resource for policy and liquor law compliance
- rally and assign tasks to the banquet team, run pre-event meetings, and train new staff
- act as a liaison between Sales, Catering, and guests to resolve problems and complaints promptly
- manage schedules, wage reports, inventory, beverage service, and handle checks, paperwork, and cash
- assist with audio/visual support, attend meetings, manage lost and found, and secure sensitive areas
