Job Requirements
- unrestricted ATP certificate or have completed ATP written
- unrestricted PIC type rating preferred
- FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- participation in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program
- experience flying business aircraft highly desired
- strong communication skills
- passion for teaching others
- authorized to live or work in the United States

Job Duties
- provide simulator/flight or classroom instruction on one or more aircraft types as assigned for the issue of licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications
- conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner in accordance with CAE standards
- complete required administrative duties including training records, recommending remedial training when necessary, and tracking instructional qualifications and activity
- act as a subject matter expert in the creation of curricula and courseware when required
- lead clients through their training as a subject matter expert
- qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman after 1.5+ years per business needs
