Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in restaurant or retail settings
- Prior drive-thru management experience of at least two years
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for bank runs
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Possession of or willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Permit
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure standing for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- At least two years in a leadership role within restaurant or retail environments
- Demonstrated drive-thru management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Basic math skills
- Fluency in English with Spanish as a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow
- Monitor labor, sales, and cost metrics and implement corrective actions
- Execute company promotions effectively to boost sales
- Oversee drive-thru operations maintaining fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Resolve guest complaints confidently and professionally
- Coach, train, hire, and develop restaurant staff while maintaining clear communication
