Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years leadership experience in restaurant or retail settings
  • Prior drive-thru management experience of at least two years
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for bank runs
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Permit
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure standing for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years in a leadership role within restaurant or retail environments
  • Demonstrated drive-thru management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Basic math skills
  • Fluency in English with Spanish as a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow
  • Monitor labor, sales, and cost metrics and implement corrective actions
  • Execute company promotions effectively to boost sales
  • Oversee drive-thru operations maintaining fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Resolve guest complaints confidently and professionally
  • Coach, train, hire, and develop restaurant staff while maintaining clear communication
