Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum age of 21
- authorized to work in the US
- two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry or four years in customer service issue resolution
- proficient in business level Korean and reading Hangul
- vertical reach of 82 inches
- must pass annual FAA-approved re-certification
- demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to resolve difficult situations
- physically able to stand for up to 17 hours and lift 25 lbs
- able to swim and use life vest in emergency training
- pass tuberculosis test
- possess valid passport and visas
- able to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- professional appearance and no visible body art or extreme piercings while in uniform
- complete unpaid 8-week intensive FAA training in Honolulu
- able to relocate within Hawaii or continental US
- able to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry or four years in customer service roles
- proficient in business level Korean and reading Hangul characters
- able to pass FAA-approved recurrent training
- strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- able to meet physical demands of the job including lifting 25 lbs and standing for long periods
- ability to relocate within Hawaii or continental US
- valid passport and visas as required
- authorized to work in the US
- able to serve alcohol
- minimum age 21
Job Duties
- Attend preflight briefings and prepare aircraft cabin
- greet guests and assist with seating and carry-on luggage
- perform safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- respond and assist during emergency situations including evacuations
- deliver food and beverage services
- prepare cabin for landing and assist with deplaning
- complete FAA-approved training and re-certification
- collaborate with crew to provide excellent guest experience
- perform emergency duties such as assisting ill passengers, operating emergency equipment, and evacuating aircraft
