Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum age of 21
  • authorized to work in the US
  • two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry or four years in customer service issue resolution
  • proficient in business level Korean and reading Hangul
  • vertical reach of 82 inches
  • must pass annual FAA-approved re-certification
  • demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to resolve difficult situations
  • physically able to stand for up to 17 hours and lift 25 lbs
  • able to swim and use life vest in emergency training
  • pass tuberculosis test
  • possess valid passport and visas
  • able to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • professional appearance and no visible body art or extreme piercings while in uniform
  • complete unpaid 8-week intensive FAA training in Honolulu
  • able to relocate within Hawaii or continental US
  • able to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry or four years in customer service roles
  • proficient in business level Korean and reading Hangul characters
  • able to pass FAA-approved recurrent training
  • strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • able to meet physical demands of the job including lifting 25 lbs and standing for long periods
  • ability to relocate within Hawaii or continental US
  • valid passport and visas as required
  • authorized to work in the US
  • able to serve alcohol
  • minimum age 21

Job Duties

  • Attend preflight briefings and prepare aircraft cabin
  • greet guests and assist with seating and carry-on luggage
  • perform safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • respond and assist during emergency situations including evacuations
  • deliver food and beverage services
  • prepare cabin for landing and assist with deplaning
  • complete FAA-approved training and re-certification
  • collaborate with crew to provide excellent guest experience
  • perform emergency duties such as assisting ill passengers, operating emergency equipment, and evacuating aircraft
