Job Requirements
- Two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry or four years of customer service with public contact
- Proficient in business level Italian and reading Latin script
- Vertical reach of 82 inches
- Satisfactory completion of annual FAA-approved re-certification
- Ability to learn and maintain current emergency procedures knowledge
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Able to stand for four to seventeen hours
- Able to lift 25 pounds from floor to above shoulder height
- Comfortable in water during emergency training and emergencies
- Able to secure oneself in a jump seat without seat belt extension
- Successfully complete eight-week unpaid FAA-approved training in Honolulu
- Able to serve alcohol
- Able to relocate within the state of Hawaii or continental U.S.
- Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking
- Successfully pass tuberculosis test
- Possess valid passport and applicable visas
- Legal right to travel from all countries served
- Travel documents must remain valid
- Able to work alternative schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum age of 21
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Comfortable in water during emergency training
- Able to secure oneself in a jump seat and move quickly in the cabin
- Successfully completed eight-week FAA-approved training program
- Able to serve alcohol
- Able to relocate within Hawaii or continental U.S.
- Proficient in English
- Valid passport and visas for required travel
- Minimum age of 21
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Attend preflight briefings to review flight details and prepare aircraft cabin
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and carry-on luggage
- Demonstrate use of safety equipment and monitor guest compliance with safety regulations
- Direct and assist guests during emergencies and evacuations
- Provide food and beverage service and manage onboard sales transactions
- Prepare guests and cabin for landing and assist with deplaning
- Successfully complete FAA re-certification and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures
- Collaborate with crew to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain professionalism and meet physical demands of flying
- Perform emergency duties such as assisting ill passengers, operating emergency equipment, and evacuations
