Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry or four years in customer service roles
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds from floor to above shoulder height
  • Vertical reach of 82 inches
  • Successful completion of an eight-week FAA-approved training program
  • Ability to serve alcohol
  • Ability to relocate within Hawaii or continental U.S.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Valid passport and ability to secure applicable visas
  • Ability to work alternative schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass tuberculosis test
  • No visible body art or tattoos, facial/multiple/upper ear piercings, gauge piercings, or extreme hairstyles while in uniform

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to complete FAA-approved training program
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others and under pressure
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Possession of valid passport and ability to secure necessary travel visas
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Attend preflight briefings and prepare aircraft cabin
  • Greet and assist guests with seating and luggage
  • Demonstrate safety equipment and enforce compliance
  • Manage emergency procedures and report incidents
  • Provide food and beverage service during flights
  • Prepare cabin for landing and assist with deplaning
  • Complete annual FAA-approved recertification and maintain regulatory knowledge
  • Collaborate with crew to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
