Job Requirements
- 5 years experience in the hospitality industry in property operations, vacation rental management, real estate sales, or sales
- College degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or Business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Willingness to work at the OUTRIGGER Honua Kai Resort and Spa on Maui
Job Qualifications
- College degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or Business preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality industry with property operations, vacation rental management, real estate sales, or related sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to present and engage potential clients effectively
Job Duties
- Solicit and recruit owners of condos, vacation rentals, and private residences to secure rental management agreements
- Network with real estate sales offices, agents, developer sales teams, and property homeowner on-site management
- Entertain potential rental program owners with food or activities as part of the selling effort
- Promote OUTRIGGER vacation rental programs in coordination with property GMs and corporate marketing
- Source and provide requested information and promotional materials to potential owners
- Collaborate with property teams to enhance business development strategies
- Represent OUTRIGGER as the vacation rental manager of choice in targeted markets
