Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests within 30 seconds of entering the concept
- Take and process food and drink orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Handle money transactions including credit and debit card processing and making change
- Comply with company standards for cash handling and loss prevention
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu and products
- Make appropriate recommendations to guests with attention to food allergens
- Deliver first-class customer experiences in both national and local brand settings
