Job Duties
- Warmly greet, acknowledge and take guests drink and food orders within 30 seconds of their arrival
- Accurately total, process and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handle money, process credit and debit card transactions, and make change in compliance with company cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
- Make recommendations to guests especially regarding potential food allergens
- Maintain high standards of safety, health and cleanliness
- Create and deliver first-class customer experiences for travelers
