Job Duties

  • Warmly greet, acknowledge and take guests drink and food orders within 30 seconds of their arrival
  • Accurately total, process and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
  • Handle money, process credit and debit card transactions, and make change in compliance with company cash handling and loss prevention procedures
  • Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
  • Make recommendations to guests especially regarding potential food allergens
  • Maintain high standards of safety, health and cleanliness
  • Create and deliver first-class customer experiences for travelers
