Job Duties
- Work in a retail and dining environment maintaining diversity and inclusion
- Prepare food items by following 100 percent recipe adherence including seasoning, cooking, carving, portioning, and serving
- Follow production prep list and maintain accurate records
- Use kitchen equipment such as knives and slicers safely and efficiently
- Wash, slice, and peel items on the prep list
- Store prepared food items safely with proper date labeling
- Follow all brand standards including food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
- Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices complying with all local, state, and federal laws
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items regularly
- Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed by supervisor
- Report equipment repair and maintenance needs to management
- Monitor proper rotation and dating of prepped food items and storage areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
- Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public
