- High school diploma or equivalent
- foundational understanding of healthcare terminology
- working knowledge of ServSafe food safety standards
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- ability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- compliance with OSHA and CDC protocols
- availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operational activities during evening hours
- monitor resident care and ensure adherence to healthcare policies
- manage staffing needs and resource allocation
- coordinate Meals on Wheels distribution and collaborate with community partners
- provide leadership and guidance to evening shift staff
- conduct regular evaluations of operational procedures to improve efficiency
- maintain compliance with OSHA and CDC safety protocols
