Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Warm and professional demeanor consistent with company culture
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience
- Bartender certification preferred
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and mixology
- Professional demeanor reflecting company culture
Job Duties
- Craft innovative and classic cocktails to delight guests
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage bar inventory and supplies effectively
- Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Support team efforts to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere
