Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to accurately read and enter information
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with attendance policies

- Ability to comprehend guest requests and written materials
- Ability to remember and promote menu items
- Ability to move through crowded rooms to seat guests
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and positively

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive
- Offer choice of seating and escort guests to their table
- Present menus to guests
- Read, maintain, and make daily entries in the logbook to coordinate communication
- Maintain proper set-up of the dining room
- Manage reservations and special function arrangements
- Comply with attendance rules and perform other job-related duties as assigned
