Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
  • ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, walk, reach overhead, grip, and squat

  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet and advise customers in product selection and usage
  • assist customers over the phone and in-store with questions and orders
  • prepare custom paint orders by mixing and tinting
  • accurately identify and match paint colors
  • process cash and credit card transactions and maintain cash drawer
  • assist with inventory management and stock processing
  • load and unload materials for customers and delivery vehicles
  • occasionally deliver products using company vehicle
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • collaborate with coworkers and management
  • perform general store tasks such as stocking and cleaning
  • carry out other duties as assigned by management
