Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, walk, reach overhead, grip, and squat

- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to distinguish colors

Job Duties
- Greet and advise customers in product selection and usage
- assist customers over the phone and in-store with questions and orders
- prepare custom paint orders by mixing and tinting
- accurately identify and match paint colors
- process cash and credit card transactions and maintain cash drawer
- assist with inventory management and stock processing
- load and unload materials for customers and delivery vehicles
- occasionally deliver products using company vehicle
- provide exceptional customer service
- collaborate with coworkers and management
- perform general store tasks such as stocking and cleaning
- carry out other duties as assigned by management
