Job Requirements
- Active secret clearance required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hardware integration and system testing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Practical experience with server setup, networking switches, cabling including Cat5 and RF
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced lab environment supporting development and testing
- Hands-on experience with hardware integration
- Proficiency in server setup, networking including switches and cabling, and operating systems Windows and Linux
- Experience with hardware configuration, inventory logistics, and customer interaction
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in government or defense contracting environments preferred
- Practical networking certifications such as CCNA or Network+ preferred
- Familiarity with radar systems, power-up sequences, and system-level validation
- Exposure to radar string testing and hardware-in-the-loop environments
Job Duties
- Lead and support radar system testing in a dynamic lab environment
- Set up and maintain radar string environments including servers, network switches, cabling, and power systems
- Perform hardware configuration, racking and stacking, and operating system installation for Windows and Linux
- Support lab operations including inventory management, equipment shipments, and coordination with IT and engineering teams
- Assist with hardware-in-the-loop testing and ensure accurate radar system representations
- Mentor team members on string setup using established procedures and documentation
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external visitors including clients and test site personnel
- Provide regular management reports on lab status, equipment readiness, and operational issues
