Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of combined experience and education in restaurant operations preferably QSR
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Financial and analytical aptitude with experience in planning, budgeting, scheduling and P and L management
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong work ethics and confidentiality
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to work around heat
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- Ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess 3 years of any combination of experience and or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of restaurant operations preferably QSR
- Must have basic knowledge of computers
- Must have financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and p and l management experience
- Must have excellent planning and time management skills
- Must have team building skills
- Must have investigative and problem-solving skills
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Must display strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality

- Continuously improves the skills, knowledge and morale of all employees
