Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing heating and electrical systems
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and handle tools safely
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in luxury residential communities
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and follow protocols
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment for repairs
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Performing routine and emergency repairs to equipment machinery plumbing heating and wiring
- Conducting regular inspections of buildings to ensure safety standards are met
- Performing general maintenance to keep products in working condition
- Scheduling major repairs with building occupants
- Addressing customer concerns and emotions in a timely and effective manner
- Assist management with any request for residents in the building
- Disassembling equipment to remove damaged components and reassembling it after repairs
