Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Energetic and motivated with a customer-first approach
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to garment care and store upkeep
- Basic proficiency with retail technology and OMNI services
- Commitment to follow company policies, health, and safety regulations
- Legal eligibility to work in the country of employment

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available
- Engage customers in conversations to provide outstanding service
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all store areas
- Effectively promote and sell H&M products to meet sales targets
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockrooms
- Support garment presentation, refill, steaming, and care as per visual and commercial guidelines
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas in accordance with best practices
- Follow health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role
- Collaborate with store management on commercial and operational actions
- Participate in onboarding, training, and development programs
- Assist with opening and closing the store
- Use product and fashion knowledge to provide customers with relevant information
- Support any in-store OMNI and tech services and tools
- Share service and store operations knowledge with colleagues
- Give and receive constructive feedback to foster team growth
