Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales or customer service experience
- Ability to engage positively with customers
- Knowledge of fashion trends preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic mathematical skills for operating checkout
- Legal eligibility to work in the country
- Commitment to following store policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni-channel experience where available
- Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas
- Effectively promote and sell products to customers
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
- Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with store management
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, competitors, and influencers
- Share relevant product and fashion knowledge with customers
- Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues
- Follow all store procedures, routines, and legal requirements
- Give and receive feedback with colleagues for learning and development
- Participate in onboarding, training, and courses relevant to the role
- Complete the full garment cycle including unpacking, refilling, and steaming
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas following best practices
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockrooms
- Support garment presentation and attractive merchandise displays per visual guidelines
- Ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines
- Follow best practices for in-store omni-channel services and tech tools
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines applicable to the role and responsibilities
