Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- welcome and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience
- engage customers in conversations to enhance their experience
- promote and sell products effectively
- actively promote customer loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
- represent the H&M brand positively
- support store management with commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets
- keep up-to-date with fashion trends and share knowledge with customers
- retain and share service and store operation knowledge with colleagues
- follow all store procedures and legal requirements
- give and receive feedback to support team development
- participate in onboarding and training programs
- complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming
- operate fitting room and checkout as per best practices
- maintain clean and tidy sales floor and stockrooms
- support garment presentation and attractive merchandise displays
- ensure good stock levels with replenishment
- uphold best practices for OMNI and in-store tech services
- assist with opening and closing the store
- adhere to health and safety guidelines and legal requirements
