Job Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level
- able to maneuver heavier packages using equipment or assistance
- able to walk and stand for designated work hours
- able to bend and squat for designated work hours
- able to maneuver packages above shoulder level
- able to work in all weather conditions
- able to climb stairs and ladders when required
- ability to work with power and hand tools
- able to communicate timely and effectively in a noisy environment
- able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with safety officials
- must obtain Ramp/SIDA badge within 90 days of hire
- must meet qualifications outlined in Section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- must pass medical exam in accordance with FHWA or FAA regulations

Job Duties
- Move packages in a safe and efficient manner
- operate mechanized ramp equipment to load and unload packages
- perform shuttle functions using a non-articulated vehicle
- complete all assigned duties as required
- lift and maneuver packages of various weights safely using equipment or assistance
- communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment
- comply with all safety regulations and training requirements
