Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Willingness to work second shift hours (Monday to Thursday 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Friday 1:30 PM - midnight)
- Ability to operate non-driving handling equipment
- Commitment to adhere to all safety rules
- Physical stamina and endurance to manage lifting and moving tasks
- Compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred but not required
- Ability to operate handling equipment such as pallet trucks
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Physical capability to handle manual loading and unloading tasks
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Job Duties
- Load and unload goods and products
- Load packages and move them to the shipping, storage or production area
- Store products or goods by validity date and storage conditions
- Conduct an inventory
- Identify the characteristics of goods
- Operate machinery requiring a permit (forklift truck, trailer tugs, gantry cranes, etc.)
- Check the operating and safety status of the production facilities and equipment
- List and report any faults detected to your line manager
- Keep working areas clean and tidy and take care of equipment to ensure a safe working environment
