- ability to operate handling equipment such as pallet trucks

Job Duties
- Load and unload goods and products
- load packages and move them to shipping, storage or production area
- store products or goods by validity date and storage conditions
- conduct an inventory
- identify the characteristics of goods
- operate machinery requiring a permit such as forklift truck, trailer tugs, gantry cranes
- check operating and safety status of production facilities and equipment
- report any faults detected to line manager
- keep working areas clean and tidy and ensure a safe working environment
