Job Requirements
- Basic proficiency in English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures
- Ability to read basic English words and sentences
- Ability to speak and understand basic English words and sentences
- Willingness and ability to lift, bend, pull heavy commodities and equipment repeatedly for a 10-hour shift
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship with others and work as a team

- Previous food manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Check issued ingredients for quality and quantity
- Follow recipe in preparing ingredients
- Label ingredients and complete all paperwork
- Prepare product for weighers and operators
- Weigh products when necessary
- Maintain adequate supply of ingredients, film, and pictorials
- Ensure proper rotation sequence of ingredients, pans, and v-mags
- Follow mid-shift and end of shift procedures regarding food storage, WIP, paperwork, and housekeeping
- Hand load, tape, and stack cases ensuring accurate stamping and quality of code
- Sort sub-standard product out and maintain product appearance for inspection
- Watch for foreign matter in product and notify team leader or QA when present
- Weigh products at or above minimum speed consistently
- Keep prepweigher stations adequately supplied to avoid line downtime
