Job Requirements
- No minimum education required
- No minimum experience required
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance
- Able to walk and stand for designated work hours
- Able to bend and squat for designated work hours
- Able to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack above head level if required
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to climb stairs and ladders if required
- Able to successfully complete medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Must possess a valid driver license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have had a state-issued driver's license for the past 3 years without gaps or suspensions
- Must complete application and driver requirement form
Job Qualifications
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level
- Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level
- Able to walk, stand, bend and squat for designated work hours
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders if required
- Able to communicate timely and effectively in English
- Must possess a valid driver license
- Must meet FMCSA Section 391 qualifications
Job Duties
- Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods and/or supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner through effective scan/load methods
- Occasionally drives DOT-sized vehicles
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Lifts and maneuvers packages up to 50 lbs without assistance and heavier packages with equipment or assistance
- Works in various weather conditions and climbs stairs or ladders if required
- Communicates effectively in a noisy operations environment
- Completes all basic and re-currency training and complies with FMCSA or FAA medical examinations
