Job Requirements

- Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level
- Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs using equipment or assistance
- Ability to walk, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to communicate effectively in noisy environments
- Must possess a valid driver license
- Must pass medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Must meet Section 391 FMCSA qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level and ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and/or assistance
- Able to walk and stand for designated work hours
- Able to bend and squat for designated work hours
- Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level
- Able to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack packages above one’s head if required
- Able to work in all weather conditions if required
- Able to climb stairs and ladders if required
- Ability to communicate timely and effectively in a noisy operations environment
- Must possess a valid driver license
- Able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and respond to official inquiries in accordance with FMCSA regulations
Job Duties
- Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods and/or supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner, through effective scan/load methods
- May occasionally drive DOT-sized vehicles
- Performs other duties as assigned
