Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for driving roles
- Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment ensuring lobbies restrooms carpets and furniture sparkle
- Respond quickly to guest requests with a friendly attitude delivering items and service reflecting top-tier hospitality
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and events ensuring every detail is in place for a seamless experience
- Safeguard sensitive areas manage lost-and-found items responsibly and practice safe work habits to prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment
- Support the housekeeping team by providing backup assistance and ensuring operational readiness of public areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address guest needs and hotel priorities
- Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
