Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in hotel or related field preferred
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 20 pounds frequently or constantly
Ability to stand for entire shift
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide attentive and courteous service

Job Qualifications

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly

Job Duties

Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
Complete pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day use
Replenish chemical bottles
Report all missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
Handle items for lost and found according to standards
Ensure overall guest satisfaction
