Job Requirements
- at least six years of progressive experience in hotel or related field or a four-year college degree with four to five years related experience or a two-year college degree with five to six years related experience
- valid driver's license for the applicable state

- capability to manage operational systems and reporting tools
- proven track record in sales strategy development and execution

- manage operations with a focus on system efficiency and timely reporting
- resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure outstanding customer experiences
- lead, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive and productive team environment
