Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Four-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or two-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 years of progressive hotel management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong financial acumen with budget management expertise
- Excellent sales and marketing abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management software and reporting tools
- Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
Job Duties
- Boost revenue and control costs to maintain financial health
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase bookings
- Utilize technology and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency
- Resolve guest issues promptly and ensure superior service quality
- Lead, support, and motivate hotel staff to foster a collaborative work environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and other stakeholders
- Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
