Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Four-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or two-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of progressive hotel management experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong financial acumen with budget management expertise
  • Excellent sales and marketing abilities
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and reporting tools
  • Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state

Job Duties

  • Boost revenue and control costs to maintain financial health
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase bookings
  • Utilize technology and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and ensure superior service quality
  • Lead, support, and motivate hotel staff to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
