Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- maintain accurate reservation and financial records using hotel management software
- resolve guest complaints and issues with a calm and effective approach
- multitask effectively during peak hours to maintain smooth front desk operations
