Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to ensure exceptional customer service
- Track operational logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
- Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue
- Build and lead a strong and communicative front desk team
- Train new front desk associates and support their development
- Address guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence while maintaining safety and standards
