Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Track operational logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
  • Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue
  • Build and lead a strong and communicative front desk team
  • Train new front desk associates and support their development
  • Address guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence while maintaining safety and standards
