Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license for the applicable state
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • strong leadership and motivational capabilities
  • proficiency in using hotel management software
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong financial and budget management abilities
  • excellent sales and marketing strategy knowledge
  • proficiency with hotel management software and reporting tools
  • outstanding guest service and problem-solving skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
