Job Duties
- Develops Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in alignment with division and corporate objectives
- Maintains AOP and adjusts based on market conditions
- Participates in corporate Long Range Planning (LRP) by providing market trends and opportunities
- Partners with sales to ensure meeting growth and sales strategies
- Manages financial reporting and influences key financial indicators
- Directs leadership development and staff recruitment
- Oversees warehousing and transportation operations for efficiency
- Leads marketing efforts to enhance product mix and margins
- Conducts performance monitoring and disciplinary actions
- Maintains visibility and engagement across all organizational areas
- Collaborates with Home Office to leverage resources
- Performs other assigned duties
