Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device
- Access to Wi-Fi and internet
- Access to reliable transportation for travel between stores
- Ability to work variable part-time hours including holidays and weekends
- Willingness to pass background check and sign employment agreements
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Experience operating digital handheld devices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products
- Utilize mobile devices to manage merchandising activities
- Communicate professionally with store employees, management, and customers
- Support seasonal holiday demands including extended hours
- Assist with department resets and installations including fixture building and relocation
- Collaborate with team members and support other territories as needed
- Maintain and manage Hallmark product displays
